Gratitud es un micro-diario de gratitud: cada día escribes 3 cosas cortas por las que estás agradecido. Esta página explica, en términos sencillos, qué datos maneja la app, dónde viven y qué control tienes sobre ellos.

01Qué datos gestiona la app

Al usar Gratitud, la app guarda:

• Tus entradas de gratitud — las 3 líneas que escribes cada día, junto con la fecha.
• Preferencias de recordatorio e idioma — la hora a la que quieres recibir el aviso diario, y si prefieres la app en español o en inglés.

Todo esto se guarda con SwiftData, el sistema de almacenamiento de Apple, exclusivamente en tu dispositivo. Gratitud no tiene ninguna cuenta de usuario ni backend propio: nadie en Vilchi ni en ninguna otra parte puede ver lo que escribes salvo tú.

02Publicidad

Una función opcional — el resumen mensual compartible — se desbloquea viendo un anuncio en vídeo, en lugar de mediante un pago. Queremos ser claros sobre esto:

• Ver un anuncio es siempre opcional — el resto de la app (escribir y leer tus entradas) funciona igual sin hacerlo.
• El proveedor de anuncios (Google AdMob) puede recibir un identificador de tu dispositivo con fines publicitarios, sujeto al permiso de seguimiento de Apple (App Tracking Transparency), que se te pedirá explícitamente si aplica.
• Lo que escribes nunca se comparte con el proveedor de anuncios, ni se usa para elegir qué anuncio ves. Los anuncios no están relacionados con el contenido de tus entradas.

03Qué NO hacemos

• No vendemos ni alquilamos tus datos a terceros.
• No usamos lo que escribes para publicidad ni para elaborar perfiles.
• No tenemos herramientas de analítica ni de seguimiento propias dentro de la app.
• No exigimos crear una cuenta para usar Gratitud.

04Tus opciones

Puedes borrar una entrada concreta desde su detalle en Historial, o borrar todos tus datos de una vez desde Ajustes → Borrar todos los datos. Desinstalar Gratitud de tu dispositivo también elimina todo lo que hubiera guardado.

05Menores de edad

Gratitud no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recopilamos deliberadamente datos de menores.

06Cambios en esta política

Si actualizamos esta política, cambiaremos la fecha de "última actualización" en la parte superior de esta página. Te recomendamos revisarla de vez en cuando.

Three Things Gratitude is a micro gratitude journal: every day you write 3 short things you're grateful for. This page explains, in plain terms, what data the app handles, where it lives, and what control you have over it.

01What data the app handles

While using Three Things Gratitude, the app stores:

• Your gratitude entries — the 3 lines you write each day, along with the date.
• Reminder and language preferences — the time you'd like to get the daily nudge, and whether you prefer the app in Spanish or English.

All of this is stored with SwiftData, Apple's on-device storage framework, exclusively on your device. Three Things Gratitude has no user account and no backend of its own: nobody at Vilchi, or anywhere else, can see what you write except you.

02Advertising

One optional feature — the shareable monthly recap — unlocks by watching a short video ad instead of a payment. To be clear about this:

• Watching an ad is always optional — the rest of the app (writing and reading your entries) works the same without it.
• The ad provider (Google AdMob) may receive a device identifier for advertising purposes, subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, which you'll be asked for explicitly where applicable.
• What you write is never shared with the ad provider, and is never used to choose which ad you see. Ads are unrelated to the content of your entries.

03What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We don't use what you write for advertising or profiling.
• We don't have our own analytics or tracking tools inside the app.
• We don't require an account to use Three Things Gratitude.

04Your choices

You can delete a single entry from its detail view in History, or delete all your data at once from Settings → Delete all data. Uninstalling Three Things Gratitude from your device also removes anything it had stored.

05Children

Three Things Gratitude is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

06Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend checking back occasionally.
